Vendor Information

 

The 2013 Ponca City Herb festival will be held on Saturday, June 1st from 8:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the Cann Gardens, 14th (US 77) and Grand Ave., Ponca City, OK.

For special considerations (electricity, booth space location, etc.), applications must be post marked no later than May 1, 2013. All others will be processed on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Check-in: Friday, May 31st- 11:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday, starting at 6:00am…in front of the Cann Memorial Home. Overnight outdoor security will be provided from 8:00pm Friday to 6:00am Saturday.

  • Booth Fee: $100.00 per space. (Note: We will not collect 15% of gross sales this year.)

  • The spaces have a 10-foot frontage, with varying depth depending upon booth placement within the gardens.

  • Vendor Check in - Friday, May 31st from 11:00 a.m. to dark, and Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.

  • Overnight security will be provided from 6:00 p.m. Friday to 7:30 a.m. Saturday.

  • The spaces have a 10-foot frontage, with varying depth depending upon booth placement within the gardens.

  • Shade is limited, a sun canopy is highly recommended.

  • Complimentary refreshments are provided to vendors.

Festival Rules

  • No vendor may leave before 4:00pm on Saturday.

  • No stakes may be driven into the ground due to in-ground sprinkler system. The use of cement blocks or sand bags to secure sun canopies is permitted. Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, display racks, canopies, etc.

  • Unloading and loading must be done from the street…no vendor vehicles may be driven on the grounds.

  • Vendors who sell products at “Herb Festival” are required to collect and remit sales tax on all goods and services sold during the event. Note: See “Sales Tax” line below in Vendor Entry Form.

  • Application/Booth Fees submission constitutes the vendors agreement to follow festival rules. The Ponca City Herb Festival, Inc. reserves the right to expel any vendor for failure to comply with festival rules and any other misconduct.

  • No dogs are allowed during the festival.

  • No skateboards, bicycles, or scooters are allowed (city code).
